The legal agreement governing your use of Digital Pathology Solutions services and software.

Last Updated: January 15, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using Digital Pathology Solutions services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Digital Pathology Solutions ("DPS", "we", "our", or "us") services, website, and software products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digital Pathology Solutions. Your continued use of our services following any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our terms and conditions.

2. Description of Services

Digital Pathology Solutions provides software and services for digital pathology workflows, research, and related implementation support. Available features and interfaces depend on the relevant documentation and service scope.

Products and services may have different intended uses and availability. Review the relevant documentation and applicable terms before use; do not use a product for a diagnostic purpose unless its documentation expressly permits that use.

Where software provides analysis or decision-support outputs, those outputs require appropriate professional review. They do not replace the judgment of qualified healthcare professionals, who remain responsible for decisions within their practice.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or interfere with any other party's use of our services.

Users are expected to use our services in compliance with laws and regulations applicable to their use case and jurisdiction. Any misuse of our services may result in termination of access and other remedies permitted by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and materials provided through our services are the exclusive property of Digital Pathology Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on our services may belong to us or to third parties. Nothing in these terms grants a right to use them without permission from the applicable owner.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Pathology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our software is provided as a decision-support tool and should not replace professional medical judgment. Healthcare providers remain responsible for all clinical decisions.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply.

6. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

The data-handling measures applicable to a service depend on its scope and configuration. Please refer to the Privacy Policy and the relevant service documentation for information about data handling.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and any data stored within our systems. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You may request a copy of your data prior to termination, subject to our data export policies and applicable fees.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
